Where we started
HZ Vantage began as a small marketplace operation moving apparel across Walmart, Amazon and eBay. Selling on other platforms taught us exactly what shoppers complain about most: unclear sizing, parcels that sit for three weeks, and support tickets that get closed without an answer.
So we built our own storefront and fixed those three things first. Stock sits in Missouri instead of overseas. Every product page carries real measurements. And a person, not a script, replies to your email.
How we pick what we sell
We are not trying to carry everything. Our buyers focus on pieces that people wear repeatedly: tops that layer, activewear sets that survive the wash, outerwear that works through a real winter, and mens basics that hold their shape.
Before a style goes live we order samples, check the stitching and the fabric weight, and measure every size ourselves. If something does not hold up, it does not get listed.
How an order actually moves
You order
Checkout runs on an encrypted connection. You get a confirmation email with the full order contents within a minute.
We pick and pack
Our team pulls the item, checks it against the order, and packs it the same day if the order lands before 2pm Central.
It ships and you track it
A tracking number reaches your inbox as soon as the label prints. Standard delivery runs three to seven business days.
If it is not right, send it back
Thirty days, prepaid label, refund to your original payment method within five business days of arrival.
