Orders leave our Raytown, Missouri facility within one business day. Standard delivery lands in three to seven business days depending on your state. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed.
Shipping is free on every US order over $49. Below that it is a flat $4.95, and the exact amount is shown before you pay.
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send an item back in its original condition with tags attached. Email sales@hzvantage.com with your order number and we send a return label plus instructions the same day.
Every product page carries a size chart with chest, waist and length measurements in inches. Our pieces follow standard US sizing. If you are between two sizes on a fitted style, take the larger one.
All major credit and debit cards, along with the digital wallets enabled at checkout. Payments run over an encrypted connection and we never store your card details on our servers.
Our storefront is built for US customers right now. If you are ordering from elsewhere, email sales@hzvantage.com and we will quote a rate for you manually.
Contact us within two hours of ordering and we can usually still edit or cancel it. Once the parcel is scanned by the carrier it has to go through the returns process instead.
