Every order is packed and dispatched from our facility at 5542 Raytown Rd Unit #1055, Raytown, MO 64133. Orders placed before 2pm Central Time on a business day leave the same day. Anything after that goes out the next business day.

You receive a tracking number by email the moment your label is created. If tracking has not moved after three business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. Items need to be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. Underwear, swimwear and final sale items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to return an item
- Email sales@hzvantage.com with your order number and the item you want to send back.
- We reply the same business day with a prepaid label and packing instructions.
- Drop the parcel at any carrier location and keep the receipt.
- Once it arrives we inspect and refund to the original payment method within five business days.
Exchanges
The fastest route is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want. That way your replacement ships immediately instead of waiting for the return to arrive.
Damaged or wrong items
Send a photo to sales@hzvantage.com within seven days of delivery. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
